How do I read Metes and Bounds Parcel Plat Map abbreviations?

People have called this lot description page in the “Uniform Residential Appraisal Report” several things. A ‘McWilliams Survey’, ‘Metes and Bounds legal description’, Parcel Description, and “U.S. Survey”. Whatever it called, It’s packed full of crazy abbreviations that somehow describe what property I own on an assessor’s plat map. I’ve figured out a few things, but I’d appreciate input on how to render these odd abbreviations I have put in CAPS:

“BLK 10 & DENAIRS SUBNO 1 PTN BLK 1 BEG at most N BLK TH SWLYALG SELY LI”

“TH SELYALG A LI parallel with NELY LI”

“2nd st to its intersection with E LI SDBLK 1 TH N ALG ELY LI SD”

and finally “LI SD BLK 1 TH NW LYALG NELY LI SD BLK T”

“FT TH”
“A LI PARALLEL
“NELY Li”
“ST TO”

Legal description abbreviations vary considerably from place to place, but I will give this one a shot:

Block 10 & Denairs Subdivision North 1, portion Block 1
Beginning at most North block thence Southwesterly along Southeasterly line; thence Southeasterly along a line parallel with the Northeasterly line.
2nd Street to its intersection with East line (something) block 1; thence North along Easterly line (something)

Line (something) Block 1 thence Northwesterly along Northeasterly line (something Block T.

(It would be a lot easier if I was looking at the map or seeing the complete source).
