Ar Court Records

Female with two shoplifting charges: one grand larceny, the other resulted in accelerated rehabilitation?

If a 20 year old female (Employed and attending college.) has one shoplifting (2 clothing items) charge in CONNECTICUT (Her FIRST arrest EVER, her record was clean. She was cooperative. Items totaled under $300.00) and went to court and the judge decided to let her do Accelerated Rehabilitation AKA: AR, but did not continue AR YET until her next court date.
THEN she was again cooperatively arrested 2 weeks LATER in NEW YORK CITY, NY, but- this time it was grand larceny (Due to the 4 clothing items resulting in a total $1000.00) and was released and promised to appear in court at a later date in the state of NY to determine her charges.

*WHAT WILL BE THE END RESULT? WILL THE TWO INTERFERE OR WILL BOTH STATES DO SEPARATE WORK? WILL SHE STILL BE ABLE TO DO AR (ACCELERATED REHABILITATION)? WILL A FELONY (NY) BE PUT ON HER RECORD?

Both States will be separate but it is still another mark on your total. These charges are going to screw you in finding meaningful and gainful employment.
