How can I find my friend’s mugshot on the internet?
I’ve looked into it, and most answers say to go to my states department of corrections website, but he was arrested in Maryland. (we live in PA) I checked both sites, and neither has an option to search records, the closest option was inmate lookup, but he isn’t a present inmate. Can anyone help me find where I could get his mugshot? The arrest was in Ocean City MD if that helps.

Edit: i’ve looked at both DOC sites, I can’t find where on either website I could do a search
Well………..you can’t. You can however file a Freedom of Information Act request with the Ocean City, MD police department (if that is the agency that was involved with the arrest). Here’s their info:
