Should convicted felonies have their rights back to vote?

just bcuz a person commits a felony crime dose not mean they dont have any good opinions,even signing anothers name on a document is a felony like forgery of checks,but that does not mean the person has no common sense about who would be better for office,i mean it does effect them too for those offices that have control over the status of prisoners and laws and big decisions which if the right person is chose then there might not be anymore poverty and no need to steal for a meal or a roof over their head and if the right person was there in the first place they might never have done what they did, and yeah i done 7 yrs for forgery a paper crime and i got put with the killers and rapist and the violent criminals so i definately know theres gotta be a change cuz where i’m from if you do steal you better be ready to work for it,but as for my judge i still gotta grudge and now he owes me more than paper or a simple meal,the owner of the checks didnt even want to press charges,and i was willin to work,but change?petty crimes dont need to be treated as violent crimes to place non violent criminals with the violent criminals,and judges need to start investigating “why”the crime happened to be able to fix the cause effect factor to be able to change the cause of the crime that it dont exhist any further,otherwise the problem consist to effect others in that same situation,and the doctor not finding the true cause dont cure anything to make anything better,my judge failed at this,so yeah i would absolutely have opinions about the persons i choose to guard my rights and yours,
and the judge said like most if i was in your shoes i would have chose differently,
but the real trueth in my shoes with the exact same event including every thought received he would have done exactly 100% what i did,
and then he would understand that my judgement is and was correct
and his judgement about me was not and is not correct,and the problem is i could have paid him back but he cant even pay me back,
