unassisted birth in Idaho how to get birth certificate?
I have a friend that had a baby unassisted her and her husband the only two there she never went to the Dr (her choice also the baby and her are healthy and beautiful) She called down to the Vital records place and the lady was like UH? She said they should have filed no more than 15 days because that is the law…. We asked her what we need to do she said well you need to fill out the paperwork so she can get the paperwork put in and than said she will have troubles later down the road when she needs copies?
Sorry forgot to mention this has been several months
that woman she talked to is obviously clueless
there is no reason why there should be an issue later on
she needs to get the baby down to the hospital to get the certificate papers asap and into a pediatrician to make sure every thing is ok (it may seem that way but stuff can still be wrong)
and mom needs to see a doc to make sure she is healing well
tell her to call the place back and ask to speak to a supervisor and definatly not to the same woman
