Forgot to pay speeding ticket in Dallas, Texas?
I got a speeding ticket on August 19, 2010 and the court date on the citation is Sept 23, 2010 which has completely passed. Is there a warrant for my arrest? Will my license be suspended if I show up to pay the ticket?
There’s a warrant, that’s automatic. I’ve been here and found that simply calling the circuit clerk’s office was the fix. They set me a new court date, I showed and apologized to the judge, payed and was done.
