Should I buy a deeded “time share”?
I am looking at getting a time share in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia with a deeded property. I would have 1 floating week per year. Please share any things or ideas we should consider before purchasing. Please also specify what personal experience you have related to “time shares.” I think I can afford the share but I am also unsure if it is really as cost effective, as the sales people suggest.
Most people that have time shares are trying to get out of them.
