can’t find vital records for anthony sharpneck wv he died in poor house?
he was my great grand father and iam trying to prove my heritage

here is one file (as always, you need to validate the info). I am not sure if this is the right Anthony since you didn’t give other details.
www.familysearch.org has him in the 1900 census, if you go to searches, click on record pilot, then choose collection as 1900 census.
the images have him at the bottom of one page, with a daughter on the next page. There seem to be siblings right along the road.
I don’t see the wife there, although it says he is married.. and the other brothers seem to be the same.
