Spartanburg County Court

Upgrading of maintenance ordered by the court …?

My question is about divorce in the State of South Carolina My wife former problem was a prosecutor of the court to order my employer to pay child support and alimony through Spartanburg County Clerks SC. After the most recent court battle over which are screwed in fact, the amounts have changed. I received a court order specifying amounts, but told my employer need another, addressed to them as the first quantities change. My question is, you have to intiate this? My instinct tells me that, again, must come from my ex-wife lawyer, but I'm not sure about this. Can anyone answer this question for me? In my opinion, no way I could get a court order change has been initiated by another person. Please advise. Thank you, GMAN

First, his former lawyer did not give the order to withhold wages for child support the children … a judge did. You do can be presented to the audience (and should have received notice). You can return to the original court and ask for a variation support the child. You must show the court their real income and bills. Each state is different in how they execute orders of child support. Go to court and counsel to help with the forms.
