does anyone know where to find free divorce records online?
My fiance and I went to get our marriage license but they need a certificate of his divorce, we went to purchase it but he cant remember date of divorce, does anyone know a website that we can look up that date for free, cause i cant see spending 30 dollars just to see what date it was. thanks

thank you, only way to get these records appears to be to pay, ive tried all these ways and they all lead to vital statistics which requires a fee.

Find out what county then call that county court house and ask for records department You can also go to the county clerk of courts website and see if they have public records search, then search under his name and you can see the date, but not much else.
