are there any free websites that list public records of real estate transactions?
I’m going to be selling my house and I want to find out how much my neighbor recently sold their house for because their house is pretty much the same as ours, just to give us an idea how much we can possibly expect when we sell ours. I can find websites that will provide information for a fee. Anyone know of free websites?
I believe you can get that info from your county website. Real Estate purchases are public record. If your county doesn’t publish the info on a website you can go to the county courthouse and get this info…all for free.
