What would happen in court?
My brother stopped and was not wearing glasses at the time because he was on his way to pick them up. The police given a court order not to wear corrective lenses as indicated in the license. What is the worst that can happen to him? no prison time right? the time of suspension? and occurred in Pinellas County Florida oh and if I had to be suspended, is there anyway you could atleast take him to work and vice versa, because it is the only one in our family who can drive thanks for any help:)
Once you have glasses take them to court. The judge will most likely is to dismiss the case. However, it may impose a small fine. Do not worry, there will be jail time!
