Is it really illegal to own a pit bull in the state of Kentucky !?!?!?
This is the first time I heard of her. A sheriff told my mother it is illegal to own a pit bull in any part of Kentucky. I'll call tomorrow because I have not found anything that indicates that it is illegal throughout the state. Am owner of a pit bull I have it in Louisville, that will stay with my boyfriend in Jessamine County and each time I move it will be with me in the Laurel County for those who are on my main area. If someone knows something about this please let me know. I did my best to look at, but I can not find anything that was recently updated. Thank you.
Breed specific legislation, I guess. First, we support the prohibition of the law. Second stop, contact your capital the state and find out for themselves. If a county or the city violated a state law that they can be trouble.
