Public Records Search in Gaston County, North Carolina?
I do I obtain public records for Gaston Co. North Carolina? Like marriage, court dockets, criminal etc. Some counties have an online records search at the clerk of court website, but I couldn’t find such a service for Gaston county. Anyone know?
North Carolina doesn’t do their criminal and traffic history through each county, they keep the whole state’s records all together. To request this information go to http://www.123nc.com/ there is a charge but the information is there. I’m not sure about the marriage records though, the only place that I know where to look for that is the common pleas court. Good luck.
