When is a site that allows me to search public records for free?
I remember seeing ads on TV about the possibility of access to public records online for free (in the trade of women nurses was investigating and discovered that one of them had a DUI) but I've only found sites that charge before having access to any information. I am from Illinois, there are sites out there that will allow access to public records / reports police / etc. for free?
