Can I sue the state of Texas? Someone went to jail under my name and my record is bad now.?
This guy had my car and went to jail under my name. He had drugs on him. I just did a background check on myself because I am trying to get a good job and now I find that I have everything he ever did on my record and his name as an alias. What should I do?
He was pulled over in my car and gave the police my name and went to jail under my name.
