If a judge asks only white people to leave the courtroom, is this allowed by law?
ATLANTA –Fulton County Superior Court Judge Marvin Arrington says he intended nothing racist when he ordered white lawyers from his courtroom while he lectured black defendants.
Arrington, who is black, ordered the lawyers from the courtroom on March 27th. He says he walked into the courtroom and saw a crowd who appeared to be “99.9 percent” black. He says he decided to talk privately with the suspects.

Of course it is allowed by law, he is black isn’t he?? Being black allows him the right to make all the whites leave the courtroom so he can have a private conversation with the black defendants. It is against the law for a white judge to order all the blacks out of the court room to hold a private conversation with white defendants. Aren’t you aware of the double standard laws for blacks and whites????
teh_n00b – the reason it is a double standard is because if a white judge had ordered black lawyers out of a courtroom the first thing you would see/ hear would be Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson screaming for the ‘racist judge’ to be beheaded for racism. So yes there is a double standard in this country. That’s a reality.
