I’m 19 and got a DUI in Sherburne County, MN, how bad will my charges be?
I was driving down the wrong side of 169 and got pulled over :/ I didn’t get a breathalyzer they waited till I was in jail and too a urine analysis. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten my results. I’m just seeing if theres anyone out there that has been in my situation before so I know a little bit of what to expect. I’m under age also. Do you think I need a lawyer? I am aware of my mistake and haven’t drank since the incodent and don’t plan on drinking any time soon. I don’t need treatment but was thinking maybe I should take an alcohol information class or something to make myself look better in court?
