get a reckless ticket need a lawyer for court in Loudoun County??
Hi there! my boyfriend got a ticket over the weekend in loudoun county and the police officer said he was doing 75/45. She considered that reckless driving. Does he have to take a lawyer with him the day of the court?? also doesnt the police officer have to put the speed he was doing in the ticket, in order for it to be an offense…cuz they have to prove he was speeding right?? Anyone with advice please help!!!
I was with him when he got the ticket and he was not going at 75 probably at 60 but not 75. He admits to speeding but not reckless which is what the police officer put…
he should be able to defend himself just fine
