NOW Incarcerated for traffic offense, Please help?
My Husband was arrested for Driving with Suspended License when he was a juvenile and he failed to appear in court, I believe it’s the 2nd time. The Frailer to appear was because they switched his court date BUT he wasn’t aware of that. Moving right along He also has a charge in his record for Possession of marijuana under 20 grams which the Judge might look at (charges were not all in one day). Over all he well be in jail 16 days exactly falling on his court date which is the 2nd of November. This is in Cape Coral Florida Lee County. When he goes to court do you think they will give him credit time served, more days, or probation and what not? Please give me an idea at what is going to happen on the Second of November. (IMPORTANT) He actually has 4 Failure too appear in court, but in different cases, only one on the Suspended License though First offence one count.
Mind you! He was NOT Appointed a
PUBLIC OFFENDER !!
this issue should be taken up with a competent attorney. Not the kids in Y/A. You will end up more confused as before.
