I got a DUI in Kearney Nebraska?
Well i got a DUI in kearny last friday and im un sure what happens now. Im 19 and this is my first offense. I was working for my uncle this summer but will be returing to my home state to go back to college next week. My first question is did i loose my license when i was jailed or do i loose it when i go to court on september 1 st. My next question is what am i looking at as far as my punishment goes, and how it will it work out since im from Colorado, school sarts up next week and i would like to not miss any school

You still have your license but the court date on September could change that. it’s not a good idea to go to court without a lawyer. If you don’t have one yet I would suggest that you get one. This may be your first offense but it is still a DUI. That’s serious no matter what. Get a lawyer and see what they tell you before anything else.
