need information on how to divorce an inmate in the Texas Dept of Corrections for free?
How to do it for free
Look in the Green sheet, if you get it in your area. They have lawyers that will do it for less then 100 bucks.
You can probably download or get the forms from library or city hall if you want to do it yourself.
However, Green Sheet lawyers and “do it yourself” only works if the divorce is uncontested (sp?)………meaning , your spouse isnt going to fight you for anything.
If they want to fight you…you will probably need a lawyer as these things can get nasty.
