How do you go about turning in a trustee for numerous lies/perjury under oath in a Calif. Court?
This was regarding a trust/inheritance and the trustee was self dealing and told numerous lies some of which can be proven by documents, medical and other records.
Contact the local prosecutor’s office and set up an appointment. When you go, bring a transcript of the proceeding including the untruthful statements and all your documents that can prove they were lies.
To get a transcript, contact the courthouse where the proceeding occurred and explain your issue to the prothonotary’s office. They will give you further instructions.
