I ran into a brick wall in my family tree?
Looking for information on Wiley Rosealie Crockett, born in 1856 and died 1909. I found the images of the census of 1870, 1880 and 1900 (all in Washington, Louisiana) online. It includes what appears to be fifteen children. Information in Washington, Louisiana library that his wife was Patsy Jane Jenkins. Can not find anything about it before the census 1870, however. His mother may have been in Mississippi, his father could have been from Tennessee. I tried the mailing list and Crockett had some Volunteers are trying to learn, but the road ends it is cold here. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
