East Texas stringent criminal background checks?
I have a friend going through a background check Crime in Houston, TX and I was wondering if they hire him. He had a robbery charge on his record in 18 years and was 8 years ago. They were going to base your decision on this point? I know Arizona does not allow. The employer is Comcast. A: Ok simplet. Each state has its laws and some are stricter than others. My friend passed background checks Las Vegas, but not in Arizona and are now trying to work for the same company in Texas. A: D2D is a sales job. I think it was a crime.
