Need to get the birth records for my friends children. Born in Germany while their dad was in the Army.?
My friend was married in Germany to an Army man. He keeps telling them they can’t get a drivers licence. They have SS#, and went to school in the states. The local DMV here in East Texas won’t take their Birth certificate as a legal document. Can anyone help me— so I can help them.
i would ask them why they wont take it as a birth certificate… because i havent heard about that….. they should be able too get a drivers license……
