How can I get a public defender in Phoenix, Arizona?
My 24 years of my daughter has a DUI in January and just told me last night she has her court date in a week 29/04. m devastated it took so long to tell me and I have no money to afford a lawyer. She never had a record of any type and desperately need your help in some way and have no one to turn to me and to make matters worse Im in Texas. Please help!
Public Advocates are assigned, not acquired. It would have to prove that she can not afford a lawyer (and this does not apply to traffic violations, especially criminal matters). She is 24 and therefore an adult. It alone can shape their destiny.
