How to get dismissed charges expunged in Texas.?
Ok, here’s my story. In 2006 I was arrested with charges of 2 Felony’s and 1 misdemeanor (possession with intent to distribute) All the charges were dismissed, but it still shows the arrest record on my background check. I need to know how to go about getting it expunged. I found a website that will do it for me but it costs $1,500 and i dont have that kind of money. Dose anyone know how much it costs or again even how to get started?
