Do you think that a woman should be allowed to have more kids after having had smothered her baby to death?
I know someone that is kin to my cousin (no relation to me) that smothered her baby to death in Oak Hill, West Virgina (1990)
She only got one year in jail and got pregnant in jail.
She has since had more kids. Dont you think that a judge should order someone like that to get their tubes tied?
(The first kid she had she adopted it out, the second one she gave to her mom, the third she killed, the fourth was conceived by a guard in jail, and i know she had more but i do not know how many or what shape they are in)
I do not know what happened about the guard.
I would not take the chance on just having her tubes tied. I would say that they should order her to have a full hysterectomy so that it is certain that she will be unable to have children. Or, they should order her to place all future children up for adoption as soon as the baby is delivered. Only a year is not near enough time for what she did. I believe she should get life and she should be tortured for the rest of her remaining life. Apparently placing her in prison did absolutely no good as she became pregnant while incarcerated. I also say that the judge she had should be ordered off of the bench. There is no excuse for doing any harm to a child. That is the purest most innocent life that is on the Earth, and no one should harm it in any way.
