Legal advice needed.?
I was recently given a public intoxication misdemeanor charge.Spent the night in confinement/jail plead no contest and was released in the afternoon without having to pay anything because of time served i guess.I just want this off my record because at the time i didn’t have the finances to go to court.Its been about two weeks and the charge happened in Houston,Texas. Any advice would help as this is the only thing on my record and i don’t want it to affect my employment opportunities.
You will have to get a Lawyer, Let them tell you the proccess and the cost, You may have a big suprise as to the cost to get rid of it.
