I had a bad marriage and HAD to file chapter 7 bankruptcy well I want to move to Clear Lake Because I think it IS a very nice area as possible is it to get out there year apartment with a bankruptcy on my credit? There Is An advantage to Chapter 7. You cannot file for 7 years, So Many People Will Give A fresh start, Including credit card companies etc.. I do not think This Is An issue, I Would Be upfront and honest about it. GO FOR IT
