If you get divorced in Texas Friday morning could you get marriage license The same afternoon in Louisiana?
Want to get married in Lousiana but getting divorced in Texas could i leave divorce court in Texas and go to Louisiana to get liscense to be married the following Monday?
All depends on wording in your divorce decree. My husband & I were married 3 days after his was final.
